1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Three Axis at threeaxis.live ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

Three Axis is an alternate data analytics platform that overlays cyclical pattern signals onto financial market charts. The platform provides data visualization tools and analytical overlays across multiple instruments and global markets. The Service is available through free and paid subscription tiers.

3. Not Financial Advice

Three Axis is an alternate data visualization platform. It does not provide investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, buy/sell signals, price targets, or any other form of professional advice or recommendation.

All data, charts, overlays, and analytics provided through the platform are for informational and educational purposes only. Astronomical and mathematical data overlays are presented as alternate datasets for research purposes. No correlation between any data overlay and market movements is implied or guaranteed.

You should consult with a qualified, registered financial advisor before making any investment decisions. Trading and investing in financial markets involves substantial risk of loss, and you should only invest money you can afford to lose. Past correlations and historical patterns are not indicative of future results.

Three Axis is not registered with SEBI (Securities and Exchange Board of India) as a Research Analyst or Investment Adviser, nor with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) or FINRA. This platform is a software tool, not an advisory service.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. One account per person — account sharing is not permitted.

5. Subscription and Payments

•Paid subscriptions are billed monthly at the rate displayed at the time of purchase.
•Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full payment details.
•Subscriptions automatically renew each billing cycle unless canceled before the renewal date.
•You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.
•We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price change takes effect.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

•Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
•Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the platform
•Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access the Service without permission
•Share your account credentials or allow third parties to access your account
•Redistribute, resell, or sublicense any data or content from the platform
•Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

7. Intellectual Property

All content, data visualizations, algorithms, design elements, and other materials on the platform are the intellectual property of Three Axis and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial analytical purposes.

8. Data Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate data and analytics, we make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data displayed on the platform. Market data is sourced from third-party providers and may be delayed or contain errors. You acknowledge that data inaccuracies may occur and agree not to hold Three Axis liable for any decisions made based on data from the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Three Axis and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property, and Disclaimers) shall survive.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
